CONDO INFO: The Seawinds is located on the southern end of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach of Marco Island. Being one of the closest condos to the water, the Seawinds provides the sights and sounds that make Florida's beaches so popular. Our unit is on the 8th floor and faces the beach and ocean with unobstructed views. Enjoy panoramic beach scenery to the north and south, but the best views are those of sunset and the beach, directly to the west. Both the living areas and the master bedroom open to the lanai for unforgettable beach views.

Payment Policy
Payment due at reservation.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A security deposit hold will be sent to guest 7 days before check in. This is a 29 day hold and will be released after inspection of the unit. Thank you!
Cancellation Policy
Written (electronic) notice is required if you need to cancel your reservation with more than the required advance notice, which is 60 days prior to the check in date for weekly rentals and 120 days advance notice prior to the check in date for multi-week rentals.
· If you need to cancel your reservation with more than the required advance notice, we will refund the initial payment minus a $350 cancellation fee.
The Agent cannot accept cancellation requests with less than the required advance notice. The Agent reserves the right to rent the unit to a different group if the reservation is not paid in full by the payment due date. Cancellations occurring due to lack of total payment will result in forfeiture of the initial payment plus any rent, taxes, and fees paid. In no event shall a Guest assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole, or in part.
